 werless in the face of the hostilities facing us today, but we are not. Whe
 n we embrace a<br />spiritual practice that brings tranquility to our heart
 s and minds, we are taking the first step toward bringing<br />peace to our
 selves and the world. As we bring these practices and actions to our famili
 es and friends, people<br />we work with, and those in public life who serv
 e us, we radiate peace out into the world. In this workshop<br />spiritual 
 women will share the practices that support and guide them through their da
 ily life and difficult<br />times. We will explore spiritual practices toge
 ther in group activities and discussion.</p><p>9:30am Registration & Coffee

 . Take the first exit immediately after overpass and turn right on Division
  Street (Rt 401) at the light. Drive about one mile. At the fork in the roa
 d, bear right on First Avenue. At the next traffic light, turn left onto Ke
 nyon Ave and up the hill take left into the church parking lot.<br />There
