We may feel powerless in the face of the hostilities facing us today, but we are not. When we embrace a
spiritual practice that brings tranquility to our hearts and minds, we are taking the first step toward bringing
peace to ourselves and the world. As we bring these practices and actions to our families and friends, people
we work with, and those in public life who serve us, we radiate peace out into the world. In this workshop
spiritual women will share the practices that support and guide them through their daily life and difficult
times. We will explore spiritual practices together in group activities and discussion.

From Rt 95 South take left onto Rte 4 South. Take the first exit immediately after overpass and turn right on Division Street (Rt 401) at the light. Drive about one mile. At the fork in the road, bear right on First Avenue. At the next traffic light, turn left onto Kenyon Ave and up the hill take left into the church parking lot.
There is a new stop sign at that point. Be sure to stop.
