UU Womenspirit Spring 2025 |
 UUWomenspirit Fall Event: The Beginning is the End -- The End is the Beginning. May 14-18 at The Mountain Learning and Retreat Center in Highlands, NC. Join us as we explore the cycles of our lives, from Maiden to Mother to Crone or from Teacher to Warrior to Queen. Each phase offers a new awareness both of ourselves and of our sacred relationships with those around us.
UUWomenspirit is a semi-annual retreat where women have gathered since 1987 to explore and celebrate the Feminine Divine. Weekday tracks, weekend workshops and daily worship services will guide our way as we explore our connection through ancient and transcendent spiritual practices. Additional activities during the event offer opportunities for conversation, connection, laughter, and quiet reflection.

Eliot Chapel Women's Weekend |
Make Time for Yourself and Renew Your Energy!
Join us for a time of relaxation, rejuvenation, and illuminating workshops to feed the mind, body, and spirit.
Stay 1 or 2 nights or come for Saturday only. You can stay Friday night and all day Saturday including breakfast at Toddhall on Saturday morning, and lunch and dinner. We will be starting around 5:00 pm on Friday.
Women's Weekend is:
- A retreat offered for the women of Eliot Chapel, friends, family and women of UU churches in the surrounding area.
- A time for ourselves where we can enjoy the beauty of nature, a walk in the labyrinth, fun activities, a wide array of workshops, our Scholarship Silent Auction, BYOB wine tasting, massage, crafts, singing around the bonfire, great food and best yet, camaraderie.
- Private or double rooms available. Meals are included.
Toddhall Retreat Center in Columbia, IL is 30 minutes from Kirkwood ~ 38 minutes from St. Charles ~ 48 minutes from Alton

UU Women's Connection 2025 Spring Retreat |
 Once again we'll return to the lovely Pilgrim Park near Princeton, IL.
 Wisconsin author and speaker Peighton Carter will keynote! They are an advocate with speaking experience on disabilities, inclusion and accessibility, Post-Traumatic Stress, veterans issues, and military sexual assault. Pey and their daughter have also written a book about coping with EDS, "Bendy Bones and Stretchy Skin."
Join us for 2 or 3 nights! We'll enjoy our usual Rituals * Workshops * Games and crafts * Free time in Nature * Drumming * Bonfire, and rituals will honor the element of Air and the direction East.
Connection Council member Gretchen Ohmann will be our Lead for this retreat, Nyx will return as Registrar, and Pat H and Sydney will round out the team.
Registration opens in early February.
NOTE: Your total will include the $60 registration fee along with the amount from your lodging choice.

UU Women's Connection Summer Retreat |
We will gather in-person at Ronora Lodge and Retreat Center, Watervliet Michigan. We'll stay in the new Grandma's House now renamed "Cherrywood," a modern accessible facility! If there are enough of us we'll also be using Casa de Luz and tenting will be available.
Nourishing workshops, wildflower walks and worship circles make this weekend "back to the land" on the 400+ acres of woodland and lake within the spirit-filled place called Ronora. A few workshops, plus time to explore, relax, drum, sing and commune with nature and each other.
